How To Stay Motivated To Achieve Your Goals
Hello sister of Christ! Welcome to Godlywood Girl University, where in 5 minutes or less we answer the questions you have about accomplishing your goals, reviving your faith, revitalizing your spirit and unleashing your legend in Christ.
In this webisode we’ll answer the question: How do I stay motivated to pursue my goals?
Step #1 – Keep a journal of all your wins. Every time you have a step of success – whether it’s big or small – write it down and keep track of it. Whenever you start to lose motivation or feel discouraged, go back and re-read each of your successes. Read them out loud, give God praise for them and focus on how good it felt to achieve those successes. Then use that good feeling to accomplish the next step of your goals.
Step #2 – Each day start and end your day with motivation. Whether it’s an inspirational quote, a motivational message or a song that gives you the energy to work hard towards success, grab a daily dose of inspiration to keep you going. Here at Godlywood Girl we send motivational messages each morning right to your inbox that inspire your faith and motivate your dreams. You can start receiving our daily motivation right to your inbox by signing up on GodlywoodGirl.com.
Step #3 – When you absolutely feel like you don’t have anything left to give, take a break. Give yourself a little bit of time to do an activity that releases a creative outlet so you can get refreshed and clear your head. Then get back to the task and complete it with new, fresh energy.
